At Darcy Jack Fitness, all programs, coaching services, and digital products are delivered online and/or customised to the individual. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a program, coaching service, or nutrition plan has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, one-on-one coaching, 12-week programs, custom training plans, custom nutrition plans, and any other digital products or services provided by Darcy Jack Fitness.

By purchasing from Darcy Jack Fitness, you acknowledge and agree that results are dependent on individual effort, consistency, and adherence, and therefore no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

This policy does not exclude or replace any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is found to be faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
